A highlight film captures atmosphere; a full recording preserves speeches; interviews carry selected messages. These are not interchangeable deliverables. Set the priorities and distribution channels before deciding on the crew.

Plan access and audio
Share the organizer’s contact, location, setup times and movement restrictions. Identify the sound desk contact and confirm how audio can be captured. Simultaneous sessions require a different plan from a single-stage event.
Scope fast delivery before promising it
If clips must be published during the event, specify formats, deadlines, approval contacts and available connectivity. Fast editing and continuous filming may need separate resources. Live streaming is a different service and needs its own feasibility discussion.
