Give the conversation a direction
Choose a specific topic and audience. Prepare a short introduction, discussion themes and a useful closing point. Open questions and concrete examples usually provide more usable material than reading a script without interaction.
- One editorial goal per episode
- Questions shared ahead of the session
- Verified names, roles and spelling
Prepare the studio setup with your guests
Confirm the participant count, working language and preferred look. Explore the light and dark settings in the 360° tour; the exact setup is agreed before booking. Allow time for arrival, positioning and sound checks rather than assuming the entire booked slot is recorded conversation.
Separate recording from post-production
A filming slot does not automatically include an edited, captioned and published episode. Define the intended duration, cutdown count, aspect ratios and languages. A batch of standalone Reels can also be filmed without producing a long podcast episode.
Plan what happens after recording
Obtain guest agreement for the intended use and collect approved logos and graphics. Consolidate feedback and check names and subtitles before release. Usage terms, editing dates and delivery channels belong in the agreed offer.
